About Us
Our family has been providing painting services to our community for over 30 years. Starting with our grandfather, Orest Balla. As a young man with a passion for painting, he started his own painting outfit. His key principles were focused on attention to details, quality workmanship, and affordability, never satisfied until his customers were happy. An honest man at heart.
After accumulating the knowledge he acquired over the years, he pasted everything he learned over the years to his son, my father. and together they worked tirelessly, continuing on with the same focus in mind, attention to details, quality workmanship, and affordability. fast forward 15-years I too stepped into trade in hopes to continue the legacy and to carry forth the same principle's set so long ago, High attention to detail, quality workmanship, and affordability. In honor of the man that started this legacy, we branded ourselves BallaProPainting.
WARRANTY
Our work is backed with a 5-year interior warranty and 2-year exterior warranty. It is offered with our services.
Our interior & exterior warranty covers all our workmanship and material. If a defect is to arise we will fix it free of charge. *Note the repairs will only be applied to the defective area.
•Warranty limitations
The warranty excludes - Our team will not be held responsible for- consequential or incidental damages that are cause by accident or abuse from any outside party, weather events, temperature changes, failures/defects caused by another trades workmanship, wall-screw popping, caused by settling of the dwelling by expansion or contraction, defects caused by rotting wood, mildew, or insect damage, defects caused by previous coatings applied by another company will not be covered under these warranties
In addition, cracks will be addressed and repaired at the time of the job but will be excluded from the warranty.
All of these above listed will be asset prior to any work being conducted
and discussed with our clients.
